Play therapy gives your child a voice to communicate their emotions and thoughts. Play therapy has been around since the 1960’s. Observing your child playing with toys such as stuffed animals, toy houses, or miniatures in a sand tray along with your child’s willingness to interact with the therapist, helps to determine and overcome, the root cause of their emotions and behaviors.
